Instructions for Conducting Interviews

1. Select Interviewees: Identify three individuals you would like to interview for the program.

2. Introduce the Program: Begin by introducing them to our program and directing them to our website for more information.

3. Discuss Their Aspirations: Engage them in a conversation about what they envision for the future of their country.

4. Complete the Demographics Form : If you know the answer, just fill all informations. If you don’t know the answer, ask the interviewee.

5. Identify Key Words: Ask them to choose three words that best describe their hopes and aspirations for their country.

6. Video Participation - Ask the person: " you be interested in recording a 30-second video for our program?" It's very simple: start with your name and where you live, then complete the sentence “The America I want is…. For example… (Use yourself as an example).”

If they agree, have them check the agreement box on the form to give their consent.

7. Submission: Ensure the form is submitted, including their video and written response
